We discussed the BibliographyPlans041220, led by Andy Steele.
1. 50-100 key articles in PCI.
2. Possibly review article of these along the lines of IMIA Handbook.
3. Andy will e-mail the group with more information and ideas.
Sheila previously mentioned upcoming AMIA Web-based tools, including perhaps blogs and interactive features, but we are unsure of the details
We reviewed ideas and goals regarding the PCIWG Web section of the AMIA Web site.
1. Sheila’s slides from 10 Nov 2004 were not identified: “I keep getting bounces from Tom’s email - not sure what has happened. The web pages are currently managed via Mary Ellen Doran at AMIA; maybe the first step is to clarify the procedure with her? I sent her the powerpoints from the consensus conference yesterday, and she will be putting them on the website soon” (11 Nov 2004)

  1. Updated meeting minutes should be included, for purposes of documentation and general interest; availability for those who wanted to attend but could not

  3. We discussed potential value of including PCIWG members’ bibliographies or professional information or profiles, but we do not have a good sense of what PCIWG members would really like to see at this Web site
    1. We estimated that PCIWG has 300 to 400 members “on paper”
    2. Consider conducting a brief survey (could even be a Web survey) of the group, to identify values and suggestions for the PCIWG Web section
    3. Could include gathering some basic profile information about this group, or see what AMIA already has available
